I am passionate about family work, especially helping teens self-regulate, understand themselves and build connections within families. I endeavor to give young people hope, tools for life, and confidence. I focus on increasing family communication, motivation, and confidence to make changes. I guide the therapy and empower parents to help make the changes to create healthy, thriving families.

Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
